I attended your performance at UFFA on May 1 2007, where I feel you took a convuluted stand against naming the policeman who killed Obiora. You performed the same evening at UFFA and proclaimed Racismen maa Knuses to an audience of white Norwegians and but one coloured person. The logic of refusing to give the officer name, in my opinion, is misplaced and promotes a scary belief that the police as an entire system must be feared, and that there is no hope of it ever coming accross as a non-racist organisation. You are telling us that ALL police officers in Trondheim must be feared because we dont know which one was responsible for more than one racist attack in a small town of 150 000 people. You are telling coloured people that they have no hope.

In an even more depressing moment, this could be easily seen as White solidarity, where the Norwegian middle class, of which you are a part, will always protect your own against foreigners, even as you use the foreigner as a peg to hang your own moral righteousness, and perhaps the sales figures of your CD's.

Hei
